Role OverviewJoin our LCS Project Management Team as a Project Manager to oversee and lead various projects, ensuring successful execution, monitoring, and delivery while contributing to achieving key business and customer outcomes. This role includes approximately 10-15% of domestic travel and is based in Mesa, AZ with hybrid working options.

Lead project execution, communicate with stakeholders, allocate resources, identify and mitigate risks, maintain project schedules, prepare reports, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Experience using SAP
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- PMP certification (nice to have)
