Role OverviewPlay a key role in driving manufacturing excellence by supporting strategic initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading digital transformation projects to support Daikin’s operations as a large volume HVAC manufacturer.
What You Will Do
Monitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing KPIs, lead and support strategic projects, support, track, and ensure timely closure of improvement actions, participate in Gemba Walks, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, EHS, and HR teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in project coordination, production planning and/or project management in a HVAC manufacturing environment with strategic planning projects
