Role OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, reporting to the Project Director. They will work closely with the Project Director on managing project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
What You Will Do
Manage high-risk, high-exposure, and complex projects, communicate with customers, subcontractors, and insurance, and coordinate job starts and schedule appointments. Execute Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding account receivable.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction
- Commercial and residential experience
- Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications
- llCRC AMRT certification
- OSHA 30 hr. construction course
- Valid and current environmental physical enabling the individual to wear a respirator
- State Driver's license
- Forklift operator certification
