Role OverviewThe project manager is responsible for the overall set-up and completion of projects within budget, on schedule, to Kent's quality of safety standards, and the customer's satisfaction. This position works with the operations manager and superintendent(s) to create corrective action plans to maintain budgets, position the field team to overcome project obstacles, and potentially accelerate the project schedule.
What You Will Do
Work with the Director of Operations, General Superintendents, and Superintendents to plan, organize, and direct project activities. Monitor and control the project through the administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, construction science, or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
- 5-8 years of experience in construction management, including estimating, project scheduling and control, and management of field personnel
- Knowledge and ability to prepare detailed planning for construction projects, schedules, and estimates
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass drug screening
