Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our Specialties team in Reno, NV. The Project Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination of the project team, and assumes overall responsibility and accountability for all components and success of the project.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will supervise and develop direct reports, contribute to estimating, conduct initial plan reviews, and develop project schedules and budgets.

We are looking for a candidate with 3-7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, a high school diploma, and a degree in Construction Management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and experience with construction accounting and scheduling programs.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant experience working in the construction industry
- High school diploma required
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a combination of relative construction experience and education
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with specialty scopes such as specialty ceilings, acoustical wall panels, exterior cladding systems, building expansion joints, wall protection, building accessories and door & hardware
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Exposure or experience with Primavera P6 or other construction accounting and scheduling programs
