Role Overview

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit, responsible for managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, and inventory for direct, indirect, and maintenance materials while coordinating the execution of capital projects from planning through installation.

What You Will Do

Create, issue, and manage purchase orders, process purchase orders, returns, and vendor transactions while maintaining accurate vendor and material master data in SAP. Coordinate the administrative execution of capital (CAPEX) projects, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project management, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and inventory in an ERP system such as SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
