Role Overview

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and close-out of construction projects, ranging from standard mobile or modular building placements to complex turnkey permanent modular construction projects.

What You Will Do

Directs day-to-day operations, manages stakeholder relationships, and resolves escalated project issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for commercial construction projects
  • Valid driver's license
  • OSHA 10 certification
