Role OverviewThe Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the United States Government, EMI Services, subcontractors, and field operations personnel, ensuring contract requirements, performance objectives, safety standards, and customer expectations are consistently met. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily execution of facilities maintenance and operations across the installation.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary EMI Services representative to the Government for day-to-day program execution and contract performance. Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight of facilities management and maintenance operations supporting Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in base operations support management or a contract of similar scope and size
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Certifications: Facility Management Professions (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFM), Facilities Management Certificate
