Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-site technology deployment projects, ensuring installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do

Your Responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of technology deployment projects from kickoff through implementation and closeout, developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating internal teams and third-party field technicians, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience managing technology deployment projects or large-scale, multi-site rollouts
• Experience supporting Retail, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Warehouse, Distribution, or Logistics environments
• Working knowledge of technology deployment projects involving Point of Sale (POS) systems, network infrastructure, mobile computers, and wireless infrastructure
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and hundreds of active sites simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project scheduling tools
