Project Manager

Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction and fencing projects from planning through closeout. This role manages schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, materials, client relationships, quality, safety, and overall project execution.

What You Will Do

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and track projects from start to finish. Develop project scopes, schedules, material requirements, and execution plans. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment. Manage 5–8 projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Commercial construction experience; fencing, perimeter security, civil, or utility experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial fence products, styles, and installation techniques preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, scopes, and contracts.
• Experience with estimating, job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and change orders.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and project management/scheduling software, and online bidding portals.
• PMP, CCM, DBIA, CQM, ACI, or comparable certifications are highly desirable.
