Role OverviewAs a Project Manager at HFG Architecture, you will oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project execution.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all phases of healthcare architecture projects, managing project scope, schedules, and budgets, and leading project documentation efforts. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating strong relationships and representing the firm in project presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an architectural or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and project management principles
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of healthcare design codes and regulations (e.g., FGI Guidelines, ADA, IBC)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
