Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunications construction projects from initiation to close-out. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards while ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements.

Lead and manage telecommunications construction projects from planning through close-out, supervise field teams and subcontractors, develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resources, and material needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screen
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of telecommunications/utility construction project management experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience supervising field crews or subcontractors
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and construction tracking software/tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and vendors
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and make sound decisions in the field
