Role OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, reporting to the Project Director at least three times a week. The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Director on managing project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
What You Will Do
Manage high-risk, high-exposure, and complex projects, communicate with customers and subcontractors, provide technical explanations, coordinate job starts and schedule appointments, execute Project Director directions, and request payment from customers.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions. Experience operating vehicles and operating truck-trailer combinations is a plus. Good communication skills and commitment to company safety policy are a must.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction
- Certifications: current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications, llCRC AMRT certification, OSHA 30 hr. construction course, current State Driver's license, and forklift operator certification
- Proficient in MS Office, Xactimate, Salesforce.com, and structural building experience
- Insurance restoration experience is a plus
- Fluent English, both oral and written, and strong technical writing skills
