Role OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, reporting to the Project Director. The role involves managing project payment terms, communicating with customers and subcontractors, and coordinating job starts and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities include managing high-risk and complex projects, communicating with clients and adjusters, coordinating job starts and schedule appointments, and executing Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding account receivable.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction
- A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred
- Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications
- llCRC AMRT certification
- OSHA 30 hr. construction course
- Current State Driver's license
- Forklift operator certification
