Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of complex customer projects following handoff from the sales team. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, leading cross-functional teams while overseeing customer relationships, quality, schedules, budgets, contractual commitments, and risk management.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, forecasting, scheduling, and budget management. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of project management experience, preferably within logistics, automation, material handling, or industrial environments
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar) is preferred
  • Experience working within matrix organizations and leading cross-functional, international teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems using structured methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage audiences from executive leadership to operational teams
