Job Description
Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, reporting to the Project Director. The role involves managing project payment terms, communicating with customers and subcontractors, and coordinating job starts and schedule appointments.

What You Will Do

The Project Manager will manage high-risk, high-exposure, and complex projects, communicate with customers and subcontractors, and execute Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding account receivable.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions. Experience operating vehicles up to 26,000 GVW and operating truck-trailer combinations is a plus.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction
  • Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications
  • OSHA 30 hr. construction course
  • Current State Driver's license
  • Forklift operator certification
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical surveillance physical examination and drug screening
