Project Manager

Pavion is seeking a Project Manager to join their security business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource management, client communication, execution, risk management, compliance, and documentation. The role requires a strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

What You Will Do

The Project Manager will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they remain on track. The role also involves identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
• Budget management and cost control expertise
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA)
