Requirements
- 1-3 years of commercial construction management experience

- Experience evaluating proposal scopes
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and team-motivation abilities

- Strong judgment and professionalism in all project communications
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Proven negotiation, conflict management, and leadership capabilities
