Role OverviewThe Project Manager owns projects end-to-end, from the first field measurement through final walkthrough, and is responsible for keeping contractors and account managers on schedule and on track. The Project Manager is the main point of contact between the job site, the customer, contractors, and internal departments. They manage procurement timelines, requisitions, payments, lien releases, and cash flow, and flag issues before they become problems.

The Project Manager will own the project from start to finish, manage field measurements, adjust shop drawings, and catch discrepancies before they turn into delays or rework. Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily, residential construction, cabinetry, millwork, countertops, remodeling, or a closely related field
- The ability to accurately field measure and translate that into adjusted shop drawings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills — you can run several projects at once without dropping a ball
- Comfort managing schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships with minimal supervision
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendar)
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record — you'll be on the road to job sites regularly
