Role OverviewThe Nexus Water Group team has an opportunity for a Project Manager. This position supports the delivery of projects of varying size and complexity, primarily related to water and wastewater utilities for Sunshine Water Company. The role will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and controlling project activities within the state of Florida.
What You Will Do
Develop complex water and wastewater construction project plans from initiation to closure, adhering to milestone and deadlines. Creates and maintains activity and progress reports for internal and external customers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a minimum of 3 years engineering experience, preferably related to water and/or wastewater projects and design. Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn internal software programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or other project management software.
Requirements
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or similar field
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 3 years engineering experience, preferably related to water and/or wastewater projects and design
