Role OverviewThe Department of Design and Construction seeks a Project Manager to be a part of a team of experienced professionals responsible for the Agency’s Design-Build delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for project management, resource development, and problem solving to support project implementation.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities for the Project Manager include: providing quality oversight, overseeing site safety, performing tasks to assist Senior Project Managers, and developing programmatic tools.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The selected candidate will work in tandem with Project Managers to oversee various complex capital construction projects under the supervision of Directors. Experience in Capital project delivery, including project management, procurement, and contract administration, is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor or a Master of Architecture degree
- Bachelor of Science degree in architecture with one year of full-time satisfactory experience in architectural work
- valid New York State Registration as an Architect
