Role OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for managing customer delivery engagements and ensuring projects are planned, governed, and delivered in line with Klipboard methodology, commercial expectations, and customer outcomes.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of a recognized project management methodology
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with end users, project teams, managers, and customer stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and delivering measurable business value to customers
- Good understanding of ERP systems and software implementation projects
- Ability to document, agree upon, and baseline customer requirements through effective stakeholder engagement
- Attention to detail and thoroughness throughout the project life cycle
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Proven project management experience, preferably in software implementation or professional services
