Job Description
This is a 12-month contract position for a Project Manager focused on enhancing customer experience, driving retention, and improving operational efficiency within a Customer Strategy Office (CSO) for a technology client. The role involves leading and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives, managing projects to budget and timeline, and ensuring success through day-to-day task management, coordination, and issue resolution. It's a key part of the CSO team focused on customer-centric projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product
  • Strong skills in defining project scopes, building timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Jira
