Job Description
FedVet Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of federal construction projects for agencies like NAVFAC, USACE, NPS, BOR, and VA. The role involves managing all phases of construction, renovation, and repair, ensuring compliance and maintaining safety standards. This is a primary point of contact with federal clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager in federal contracting
  • Proven experience leading and managing project teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in civil construction and tenant improvements
  • In-depth understanding of federal construction processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Proficiency in Procore
  • Proficiency in USACE RMS
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle
