Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Onboarding Team and lead the delivery of US-based client projects, working closely with customer leadership and internal cross-functional teams. This role requires strong execution capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex technology or software implementation projects, preferably for US clients
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is preferred but not required
  • Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support delivery teams and junior project managers
