Requirements

Assist in defining project scope and objectives
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
Report and escalate incidents to management
Successfully manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources
Ensure quality control verification and enforcement
Coordinate and attend site meetings
Perform routine inspections of work sites
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Complete project close-out documents and activities
