Job Description
Join a high-impact team within the Strategic Planning and Operations function of a large biotech pharmaceutical leader's Precision Medicine organization. As Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across R&D, helping to streamline cross-functional processes that advance critical business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities to achieve goals within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints
  • Document project plans, actions, decisions, and communicate progress to key stakeholders
  • Facilitate team meetings and manage communications, including agendas, schedules, minutes, and presentations
  • Map and document end-to-end processes within Precision Medicine and R&D initiatives
  • Apply knowledge of team objectives, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Support one or more transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with team leads, workstream leaders, and SPO to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Drive process simplification and implement project plans in regulated and R&D environments
