Job Description
Project Manager will manage installation scheduling, reporting, and follow-up activities, serve as primary customer liaison, and assist with technical quality assurance and go-live support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly resourceful, methodical, and solutions-driven with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking concepts
  • Experience with subcontractor management and budget analysis
  • Background in IT and/or hospitality technology preferred
  • Familiarity with BICSI standards is a plus
  • Experience with construction site visits preferred
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar platforms is a plus
