Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of professional construction services including the planning, coordination, execution, completion, and financial outcomes of the project. They direct and supervise activities related to contract administration, project procurement, financial budget/cost management, scheduling, and quality controls, and lead the project team to ensure that projects are completed successfully to meet client expectations, financial project goals, quality standards, and scheduling goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years combined progressive experience in a Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer level role
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field of study
  • Leadership skills and ability to handle numerous challenges, solve complex problems, and motivate others
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
  • Knowledge of tracking project cost and process of issuing change orders
  • Ability to negotiate with clients and subcontractors
  • Sufficient understanding of the work of multiple trades
  • Excellent management and leadership abilities, problem solving skills, organization, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines on a regular basis
