Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required or relevant Work Experience required
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI required or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • 10+ years Demonstrated project management experience required and CPG industry experience, preferably in Supply Chain preferred
  • Proficiency with statical analysis stools (QIMacros, Mini Tab) preferred and Experience building & presenting analysis to key stakeholders and executives. required
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and database query basics (SQL) preferred and Proficiency building process flows using mapping tools (Visio, Lucid Charts) required
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS Software (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder) preferred and Strong change management expertise
