Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Project Manager - Medical Equipment to manage project development from beginning to end of project. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience managing medical equipment planning projects or 7 years of experience with communication with executives in lieu of a degree. The role is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of medical equipment projects, defining project scope, schedule, and equipment deliverables, and ensuring project goals align with institutional standards and clinical needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years managing a medium to large scale medical equipment planning project or 7 years managing medium to large scale medical equipment planning related projects and experience in communicating with executives in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • Design and Construction experience with academic healthcare and/or research facilities and/or project management experience with a focus on medical equipment planning
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
