Job Description
Join the Merchandising Planning and Consumer Insights team at adidas to support the creation of tools, processes, and insights that strengthen the merchandising strategy across all business units. As a Project Manager, you will help deliver meaningful consumer understanding throughout the go-to-market process, enabling clear direction and alignment across the merchandising organization.

Requirements

  • Manage projects by conducting research, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery using planning and project management processes.
  • Track project life cycles and prepare regular updates for senior leadership.
  • Perform business and operational analyses to support informed decision making.
  • Source, implement, and analyze consumer insights in partnership with global teams, business development, and external partners.
  • Create compelling storytelling through presentations, research summaries, and communication tools for merchandising leadership.
