Role OverviewA fast-growing New England construction and development company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M+. The company has approximately 90 employees and is experiencing significant growth, with an ambitious development pipeline throughout New England.
What You Will Do
Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout, taking responsibility for schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project performance.

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- At least 3 years managing projects valued at approximately $10M–$30M+
- Experience delivering ground-up commercial, multifamily, residential, or similar vertical construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project controls
- Experience with Procore or Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered
