Job Description
The Project Manager (NPDI and Digital) - Global Services PMO will drive successful execution of New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) projects, as well as select digital and legacy initiatives within the Global Services organization. The role requires a strategic, process-minded leader who can work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Regional Service teams to ensure service readiness, cost alignment, and scalable enablement for new and existing solutions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles, ideally within a global matrix organization.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in product or service development environments (NPDI experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred.
