Role Overview

The Project Manager serves as the primary lead for records retention and management within the Occupational Health Branch (OHB). The PM is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating branch-wide policies, procedures, and the Administrative Manual, ensuring compliance with State and departmental requirements. In addition, the PM provides in-office operational support, assisting with routine administrative tasks and onsite needs to facilitate smooth branch operations.

What You Will Do

Leads the development, implementation, and oversight of OHB's records retention program, including both physical and electronic records. Ensures compliance with State and departmental records retention schedules and Public Records Act requirements. Maintains, organizes, and updates databases and filing systems for records tracking, retrieval, and archiving.

Requirements

  • Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties
