Role OverviewManages, oversees and coordinates all facets of pre-construction, project development, bid/award, and project close-out phase of all assigned projects. Works with the design team to focus on the approved original project scope.
What You Will Do
Plans, organizes, and prepares reports to upper management with respect to the status and/or progress of the projects. Coordinates with all pertinent public agencies to complete federal and state requirements as needed.

Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential
- Minimum 10 years full time paid professional experience managing public/educational or commercial projects
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
