Role OverviewWorks under minimal supervision to provide project management support to the Health System under the direction of Quality & Operational Excellence leadership. Seeking a healthcare project manager with process improvement experience. This position manages multiple projects to support Health System and operational plan initiatives in the Quality & Operational department.
What You Will Do
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents; communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders; work closely with project owners/stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Management Science, Engineering, Nursing, Social Sciences, or similar degree
- 4 years of relevant experience or Advanced degree or certification(s) may be used in lieu of years of experience
- Eligibility for and plans to obtain project management certification desired
