Job Description
Project Manager – Residential (2 Openings) with 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction or skilled trades required. Onsite in Denver, Colorado, United States. Strong client-facing experience, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

  • Own residential projects from contract execution through final completion
  • Coordinate schedules between homeowners and subcontractors to maintain timelines
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare clients for project kickoff, setting expectations and timelines
  • Maintain organized documentation across all project elements
  • Proactively resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Spend the majority of time in the field overseeing active job sites
