Role OverviewThe Construction Project Manager works as part of a program management team supporting the delivery of complex, national, retail healthcare construction projects. Success in this position requires coordination across clients, design teams, contractors, AHJs, utilities, and other key stakeholders. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, schedule management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and project controls is essential.
What You Will Do
Direct and coordinate project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. Review construction documents, drawings, schedules, vendor proposals, permits, and project information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Project Manager will work in a remote setting when not traveling. Ideal geographic locations for qualified individuals are Florida, Nashville, Atlanta, North Carolina, or surrounding markets. Living local to a major airport is highly preferred, as travel will be consistent.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited construction related program or equivalent
- 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated skills in project management
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, development activities, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Minimum of three years’ experience in managing complex or multi-site projects required
- Proficient in Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA 10 Hour certification, highly preferred
