Job Description
Project Manager, Services – Industrial Equipment / Engineering. Lead equipment improvement projects, upgrades, and conversions on customer production lines. Drive technical project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet customer expectations for timing, budget, and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline
5+ years of experience managing technical or industrial equipment projects
Background in machinery, automation, maintenance, or production environments
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and engineering documents
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations
Knowledge of risk management, staff coordination, and budgeting
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience (such as SAP) preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
