Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Little Canada, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for leading telecommunications construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer and contractual requirements.
What You Will Do
Plan, organize, and manage telecom construction projects from initiation through closeout, develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and documentation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in telecommunications, construction, utilities, or infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Telecommunications construction experience, including fiber, underground, aerial, wireless, or network infrastructure
- Experience working with telecom carriers, utilities, municipalities, contractors, or subcontractors
- PMP, Scrum Master, Lean, Agile, or other project management certification preferred
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field personnel, customers, contractors, and executives
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar
