Project Manager with (DSHS or Department of State Health Services)

Requirements

• Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate and analyze facts;
• Ability to devise solutions to problems;
• Ability to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems and prioritize information and issues.
• Skilled in effectively mapping business processes and identifying process improvements;
• Skilled in planning and facilitating meetings and group problem solving;
• Develops or contributes to the development of statements of work, project charters, design documentation, test plans, risk assessments, project budgets, schedules, work plans, resources requirements, and cost estimates and projections.
• Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Skilled in project management of multiple projects with experience with implementations across large organizations.
• Ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriers.
• Experience developing written materials, including briefing documents, administrative reports and PowerPoint presentations, for diverse audiences.
• Ability to summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conduct regular project team status meetings.
