Job Description
The City of New York is seeking a Project NOVA MRT Supervisor to oversee the NoVA Mobile Response Unit and provide supervision to social work staff. The successful candidate will review screening and assessment recommendations, approve eligibility determinations, and establish collaborative relationships with DHS staff and DV service providers.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work
One year of full-time satisfactory experience practicing social work utilizing one or a combination of casework, group work and community organization methodologies
Certification and License Requirement: A valid Certified Social Worker (CSW) certificate or Licensed Master of Social Work license (LMSW) issued by the New York State Department of Education
