Job Description
The New York County District Attorney’s Office Information Technology Bureau is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Project Owner/Requirements Engineer to bridge the gap between the business objectives and technical execution.

Requirements

  • Define and communicate the project vision, scope, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop, prioritize, and manage the product development to maximize delivery, represent stakeholder interests and act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor progress, resolve impediments and negotiate trade-offs between scope, time, and resources.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain requirement documents including process flows, wireframes, and matrices.
  • Support development and QA teams with requirement clarification and updates throughout the development life cycle.
  • Validate and verify the deliverables to be sure they meet business and technical expectations.
