Job Description
The New York County District Attorney’s Office Information Technology Bureau is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Project Owner/Requirements Engineer to bridge the gap between the business objectives and technical execution.
Requirements
Define and communicate the project vision, scope, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
Develop, prioritize, and manage the product development to maximize delivery, represent stakeholder interests and act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitor progress, resolve impediments and negotiate trade-offs between scope, time, and resources.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
Create and maintain requirement documents including process flows, wireframes, and matrices.
Support development and QA teams with requirement clarification and updates throughout the development life cycle.
Validate and verify the deliverables to be sure they meet business and technical expectations.
