Project Planning Coordinator

The Project Planning Coordinator is responsible for forecasting, planning, and coordinating the maintenance and construction projects for a specified area. They maintain relationships with Maintenance and Construction, the Project Management Office, Design and Construction Services to meet customer and client requests. They analyze and track project data to improve project management and construction processes and efficiencies.

What You Will Do

Forecasts, plans, and coordinates Distribution maintenance and construction projects for the district. Forecasts resources to maintain an even and efficient workforce during periods of fluctuating workload. Ensures PBPA New Distribution Service Request process is followed, and timelines are met for Local projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 10 or more years of related experience
