Role OverviewThe Project & Process Excellence Manager will manage all Project Management and Innovation Governance activities, ensuring effective project tracking, cross-functional alignment, adherence to AIM process (Activity and Innovation Management) and ClickUp governance, and timely delivery of innovation initiatives.
What You Will Do
Monitor innovation project progress, coordinate project updates, review AIM process compliance, identify and escalate project risks, manage ClickUp project data, and follow up with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field, and 10+ years of experience in Project Management in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG).
Requirements

- Proficiency in the use of PMI-based project management tools and methodologies
- PMI certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) will be considered a strong plus
