Role OverviewThe Project Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all sourcing and procurement-related activities for assigned product portfolio and customer sales projects. This role serves as the primary Procurement interface to project leaders, Product Introduction Teams, engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier partners.
What You Will Do
The Project Procurement Manager will manage procurement, sourcing, and supplier-focused activities in accordance with procurement strategies, project objectives, and applicable regulations to support achievement of project targets. This includes developing and executing sourcing plans, preparing and executing RFIs and RFQs, and identifying and achieving cost savings through supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, including SMT technology, PCB, and LED-related technologies
- Experience in sourcing, supplier management, supplier scouting, supplier qualification, sourcing planning, supplier integration, and value chain enhancement
- Strong computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI-enabled productivity tools
