Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will bring experience developing project requirements, cost estimates, and supporting documentation for facility sustainment, restoration, modernization, and construction projects. The Project Programmer will support facility investment planning, project development, and capital-programming activities for a Department of Defense installation.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain facility project-programming packages, gather and document project requirements, prepare project documentation, develop parametric cost estimates, and support project review boards and planning meetings.

Requirements
- Security Clearance: NACI/SF85 (Public Trust)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
- At least five (5) years of experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager
- Experience applying engineering principles, analytical techniques, project procedures, and milestone requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
