Role OverviewServe as the Project Quality Manager and functional quality authority on EPC and project-based contracts in the energy and industrial sectors. Build and run the full project quality program, ensuring all work, materials, contractor deliverables, and inspection activities comply with contractual requirements, applicable standards, and WEG Electric Corp. quality expectations.
What You Will Do
Establish and maintain the project audit schedule; lead internal process, supplier, and site audits throughout the project lifecycle. Produce the monthly quality report covering audit findings, NCR trends, ITP compliance, concessions, and open quality risks.

Requirements
- 7+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in a dedicated quality management role on EPC, construction, or large capital projects

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a relevant technical discipline preferred
