Role OverviewPartner with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and project teams to enforce site compliance with company, EH&S programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements on a single construction project. Lead training of safe work practices to educate and inform project teams on management of environmental and hazardous materials reports and conditions.
What You Will Do
Lead, direct, and enforce Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) on single construction project, manage time and resource allocation, provide safety leadership, assess project Safety practices, develop and implement action plans to mitigate risks, and drive changes to improve project team safety awareness and activities.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, with a focus on construction projects
- OSHA certification and experience with regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to enforce safety protocols and drive change in a project team environment
